Development of Position Parameters
We use our expertise to develop a thorough understanding of the financial institution, the corporate culture, the reporting hierarchy, and the specific technical and operating requirements of the position. Research / Assessment of Candidates
Using our proprietary database and network of contacts, we conduct the initial research to identify candidates. Potential candidates are personally screened and evaluated. The top candidates' resumes are then presented to the client for review and feedback.
We organize the schedule of client interviews with the candidates, and then interface with both the client and candidates to obtain feedback and evaluate the candidates' respective qualifications. Once the finalist(s) are selected by management, we organize the final round of interviews.
When the client is prepared to make an offer, we present the package to the candidate, negotiate salary and benefits and provide feedback to management on any issues that may arise. Once the candidate accepts the offer, we conduct the necessary reference checks.
After the candidate has started the new position, we ensure that the transition has been successful and that all expectations on the part of the client and candidate have been met. Our placements are guaranteed.
